Davies Group in London is seeking a Senior Manager for High Net Worth Claims to lead complex, high-value cases and set the standard for technical excellence. You will guide investigations, coordinate with expert teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers.

You will manage diverse portfolios, including subsidence and escape of oil, balance empathy with commercial awareness, and demonstrate calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster with exposure to high-value and complex claims.
• Strong technical capability and the confidence to handle challenging scenarios.
• A calm, adaptable approach—able to balance empathy with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• The ability to commute into London within 2 hours when required.

What will your day look like:
