Davies in London is seeking a Senior Manager for High Net Worth Claims to lead complex, high‑value loss adjusting and guide clients through challenging cases, including subsidence and escape of oil.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers and insurers, coordinate with experts, and drive continuous improvement while balancing empathy with commercial focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster, with exposure to high-value and complex claims.
• Strong technical capability and the confidence to handle challenging scenarios.
• A calm, adaptable approach—able to balance empathy with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• The ability to commute into London within 2 hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of high net worth and major loss claims, often involving intricate technical detail.
• Leading investigations, assessing damage, and coordinating with experts to deliver fair, timely outcomes.
