Job summary

Zebra Technologies seeks a Business Process Improvement Senior Manager to lead global process design, standardization, and optimization within Customer Success & Services. You will manage a team of process resources, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure governance and reporting to executives.

Strong BPM, data literacy, and communication are essential, with experience in AI-enabled process improvements.

Demonstrated success applying process improvement principles.
Strong analytical skills to assess efficiency and opportunities.
Experience leading a team to drive business outcomes.
AI tools experience to support process improvements.
Digital transformation initiatives for process improvements.
Process automation experience for efficiency gains.
Experience presenting to Director-level audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Advanced BPM and Office tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Design, standardize, and improve processes with stakeholders.
Manage activities of a team of process and Lean Six Sigma resources.
Lead multi-functional efforts in process improvement and compliance.
Drive organization-wide process optimization aligned to goals.
Plan and implement complex process improvement initiatives across units.
Create processes from scratch in emerging functions or units.
Help identify opportunities to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide insights to guide priorities and decisions.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure end-to-end integration.
Measure and report on success to executive audiences.
Oversee governance, standards, and ownership of processes.
Evaluate solutions for cost/benefit and alignment with strategy.
Develop and evaluate team performance against goals.
Collaborate with change management to promote adoption of tools and repositories.
