Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in operations, process management, or related field.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and operational documentation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into improvements.
• Experience using automation and AI to improve processes, preferably in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continually improve scalable operational processes, workflows, and controls.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the implementation of new services and frameworks via automation and AI.
• Act as SME for operational processes and ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting operational excellence and best practices.
