Middlemore has been retained to appoint an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager for a prominent Financial Services organisation, based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will report to the Director of HR Operations and will be responsible for the technical and commercial delivery of the company's compensation and benefit frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and company control frameworks. This role covers multiple geographies across the UK, France, Italy, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
