Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex engagements across AI, cyber security and digital trust for major clients. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery and market-facing initiatives.

You will influence C-suite and technology leaders, shape propositions, drive revenue, and build high-performing teams. The role is hybrid UK-based with travel as needed, offering leadership progression toward Director/Partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in a major consulting firm or equivalent industry background.
• Proven track record leading large transformation programmes and strategic engagements.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite, technology, security and risk stakeholders.
• History of business development and building propositions.
• Experience leading bids, RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Solid understanding of Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk or GenAI Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders; influence decisions.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality and commercial outcomes.
• Drive business development, propositions, bids and client pitches.
• Identify opportunities via existing relationships and network; expand capabilities.
