Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from shaping to delivery.
• Advise C-suite and leaders, influence decisions, secure buy-in.
• Own senior relationships, engagement quality, and outcomes.
• Drive BD with propositions, bids and client pitches.
• Develop new consulting opportunities from client networks.
• Scale Digital Trust capabilities via propositions and assets.
• Create market-facing thought leadership and practice growth.
• Coach consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
• Provide expertise in GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security.
• Contribute to campaigns, whitepapers and new services.
