Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI, Cyber Security & Digital Trust engagements across major organisations. You will shape strategic solutions, drive growth, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning risk, security and AI-enabled transformation with measurable business outcomes.

The role requires operating at both strategic and commercial levels, building and leading high-performing teams, and developing client relationships to deliver value

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes or engagements.
• Proven ability to develop senior client relationships and generate revenue.
• Strong communication and leadership across C-suite, risk, security and technology.
• Expertise in Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk, GenAI Security or related disciplines.
• Experience driving business development and proposition development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from shaping to delivery.
• Advise senior client stakeholders (C-suite, risk, security, technology).
• Own client relationships, engagement quality and commercial outcomes.
• Drive growth through propositions, bids, proposals and pitches.
• Identify new consulting opportunities via existing relationships and networks.
• Scale Digital Trust capabilities through asset development and knowledge sharing.
• Develop thought leadership and contribute to practice growth.
• Coach and mentor consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
• Provide expertise in GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security and Digital Trust.
