• Experience leading complex transformation programmes for large clients.
• Strong advisory skills to C-suite and risk stakeholders.
• Proven track record in business development and proposition building.
• Ability to operate at strategic and commercial levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, risk, security leaders.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality and revenue.
• Drive business development through propositions and bids.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers.
• Develop Digital Trust capabilities and AI risk offerings.
• Contribute to practice development and campaigns.
