Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead AI, Cyber Security and Digital Trust engagements for major clients. You will shape strategic solutions, manage complex programmes and drive growth across risk transformation initiatives.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and risk leaders, delivering measurable business outcomes while developing client relationships and high-performing teams. This role offers hybrid working across the UK with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes and senior client relationships.
• Proven track record in business development and proposition building.
• Experience leading bids, RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk, GenAI Security.
• Ability to drive revenue and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Advise C-suite and senior leaders, influencing decisions and securing buy-in.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality, commercial performance and outcomes.
• Drive BD through propositions, account growth, bids and pitches.
• Develop new consulting opportunities through existing relationships and networks.
• Scale Digital Trust capabilities via proposition development and asset creation.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market development for the practice.
• Coach and mentor consultants and managers to build future leaders.
• Provide expertise in GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security and Digital Trust.
