You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, align risk and technology strategies with business outcomes, and build high-performing teams while developing propositions, bids and market offerings in a hybrid UK work model.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting track record leading large transformation programmes.
• Experience influencing C-suite and technology stakeholders.
• Strong ability to develop propositions and win bids and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, risk, security and tech leaders.
• Own client relationships, engagement quality and delivery outcomes.
• Drive business development through propositions, bids and pitches.
• Identify new consulting opportunities via networks and relationships.
• Develop Digital Trust capabilities through asset development and knowledge sharing.
• Coach and mentor consultants and managers.
