The role requires experience delivering transformation at scale, strong stakeholder management and the ability to build high-performing teams while developing market propositions and thought leadership. Hybrid travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering senior-level advisory and transformation work.
• Experience shaping strategic solutions across security, AI risk and digital trust.
• Strong business development, client relationship and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Engage with C-suite and risk/technology leaders to influence decisions.
• Own client relationships, delivery quality, and revenue growth through bids and proposals.
• Develop new consulting propositions and contribute to market growth and thought leadership.
• Mentor consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
