Job summary

Sedgwick is recruiting for an Executive MCL Adjuster/Surveyor in the Glasgow area. You will manage high-value commercial property claims from investigation to settlement, supporting clients with professionalism and empathy.

This role combines independent case management with team collaboration, offering on-site assessments and remote reporting from home or office. A full UK driving licence and ACII/ACILA (or working towards) are preferred, with a strong focus on client service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential for site visits.
• Proven track record in major/complex commercial property claims.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with prioritisation skills.
• Desirable: ACII/ACILA or working towards them.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims.
• Lead from investigation through final settlement with Clients.
• Work independently or as part of a team with Adjusting Executives.
• Site visits on location and reports prepared from home or office.
• Deliver outstanding service and meet client expectations.
