Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Major & Complex Loss expertise with high-value claims experience.
• Professional qualifications ACII/ACILA or equivalent preferred.
• Market awareness and account management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with policyholders, insurers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-value commercial property claims from start to finish.
• Investigate, resolve, and negotiate settlements cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with desk-based Adjusting Executives and specialists.
• Maintain client service levels and compliance throughout the claims process.
• Manage own caseload with proactive, independent judgment.
