Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring an Executive MCL Adjuster / Surveyor in Glasgow. You’ll manage high-value commercial property claims from investigation to settlement, working independently or with a team of experts.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, excellent communication, and strong Excel skills. A proactive, empathetic approach to clients and ACII/ACILA qualifications are advantageous. Flexible office/home working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience handling major and complex commercial property claims.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Driven, proactive problem solver with strong prioritisation.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site visits.
• Proficient IT skills, including Excel.
• ACII/ACILA or equivalent qualifications (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims.
• Oversee claims from initial investigation to final settlement.
• Work independently or with Adjusting Executives and specialists.
• Visit sites or work from home/office to compile reports.
• Deliver outstanding service and meet client expectations.
