Barclays is seeking a Senior Trading & Sales Assistant - Macro in London to directly support the Rates Hedge Fund Sales desk in the front office. You will book, price and coordinate new trades, unwinds and restructures, and work with Sales, Trading, Operations, Legal, Middle Office and Risk to resolve client issues efficiently.

The role requires deep knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives, trade capture, and lifecycle events, with strong Excel, VBA, SQL or Python skills to analyse data and

• Experience in front-office trading support or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Rates Derivatives and post-trade lifecycle events.
• Proficiency with MarkitWire and trade capture systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line operational support to the Rates Hedge Fund Sales desk, booking and pricing trades and coordinating lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Operations, Legal, Middle Office, Risk and Technology to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate trade records, logs and client databases; prepare reports and documentation to support activity.
