Job summary

OCR Alpha is seeking a Trading Assistant for its London desk, working US hours (1pm–10pm) with hybrid work (2–3 days remote). You will support PMs and Traders on trade booking, breaks, positions, risk and market data, with growing responsibility over time.

• 3+ years’ Trade Support or Trading Assistant experience within a hedge fund or investment bank.
• Ideally a Fixed Income / Rates background.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back workflows.
