SMBC Group is seeking a Macro Rates Sales Vice President in Global Markets to lead the UK/EMEA macro rates sales function, combining cash and derivatives, and managing key client relationships. The role involves collaboration with trading desks across regions, regulatory initiatives, and new product rollouts.

The position offers a base salary in the £120,000–£180,000 range with possible discretionary incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and hybrid working

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience covering clients in multiple regions and assets.
• Strong knowledge of cash fixed income and derivatives.
• Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills.
