Job summary

YTL UK is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead a diverse mechanical and electrical delivery team in Salisbury. You will drive safe, sustainable project execution from design to handover, coordinating engineers, site teams and suppliers to meet programme and budget targets.

You’ll provide leadership across procurement, commissioning and handover activities, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and CDM duties while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams through full project lifecycles.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, procurement, risk and scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E projects from design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, cashflow forecasts and resourcing plans.
• Coordinate project engineers, site teams, designers, quantity surveyors, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes.
• Ensure safety, quality, time and cost constraints are prioritised in decision making.
• Manage procurement of mechanical and electrical equipment, materials and subcontract services.
• Support commercial colleagues with contracts, forecasts, change control and early warnings.
