Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical works across UK water and wastewater projects on a long‑term contract. You will drive site performance and ensure works run to programme.

You will coordinate M&E subcontractors and site teams, oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover, while maintaining RAMS compliance, safety, and high quality standards across a diverse project portfolio.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager.
UK Water / Wastewater project experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical installation experience.
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
Valid SMSTS.
First Aid.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Able to work across a varied project portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage M&E works and site activities across a range of projects.
Coordinate M&E subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with RAMS, drawings, specifications, and programme.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.
Coordinate M&E activities with civil, construction, and commissioning teams.
Report on progress, issues, and site requirements.
