YTL UK is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead a portfolio of major wastewater infrastructure schemes across the Wessex Water region. You will provide leadership to manage projects from design through construction and client handover, working with design and construction partners to deliver schemes ranging from £3m to £30m.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee NEC4 contract phases, and drive progress while ensuring safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering or similar construction‑related discipline, ideally with a professional qualification.
• Project management/leadership experience in utilities or similar construction service environments, including CDM.
• Strong people management, communication and motivational skills.
• Experience in the water sector or process-related construction industry.
• Good experience using standard Microsoft Office products and excellent report writing skills.
• A full UK driving license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of consultants, in-house designers, and construction and commissioning teams.
• Oversee all phases of engineering schemes in accordance with NEC4 forms of contract.
• Manage financial and technical aspects, ensuring adherence to client specifications, programme and budget.
• Programme management of schemes and reporting on project milestones with Quantity Surveyors and Planners.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures, and governance and budgetary boundaries.
• Communicate with client and external stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Identify and mitigate risks with Capital Delivery Partners.
