Job summary

YTL Construction UK is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound wastewater infrastructure schemes across the Wessex Water region. You will drive delivery from design through construction and handover, coordinating partners and internal teams.

Based from Bath with hybrid working, you’ll manage schemes (£3m–£30m), oversee NEC4 contracts, risk and budget, and report milestones with QS and planners, while ensuring safety and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline, with professional qualification preferred.
• PM/leadership experience in utilities or construction, including CDM.
• Strong people management and communication skills; driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of consultants, designers, and construction crews.
• Oversee all phases of schemes under NEC4 contracts.
• Manage financial and technical delivery to meet client specifications, programme and budget.
• Report milestones with QS and Planners.
• Ensure safety, quality, governance within budget.
