Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager for a long-term contract across UK water projects. You will manage mechanical and electrical works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and RAMS.

Candidates should hold SMSTS and First Aid, have UK water/wastewater project experience, and a full driving licence. You will work across multiple sites, driving safety, quality, and collaboration with civil and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager.
• UK Water/Wastewater project experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical installation experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Valid SMSTS.
• First Aid.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E works and site activities across projects.
• Coordinate M&E subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with RAMS, drawings, specifications, and programme.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.
• Coordinate M&E activities with civil, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Report on progress, issues, and site requirements.
