Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing an M&E project, overseeing technical delivery and commercial performance.
• Proven ability to implement and oversee health and safety protocols.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure or fit-out projects, managing diverse stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality M&E projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for high-level decision-making on the project.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategic partnerships with Principal Contractor and client teams to align with client expectations.
• Oversee project execution within Phoenix Project Flowchart and ensure use of SharePoint/ACC/OpenSpace tools.
• Oversee health and safety compliance across large projects and act on HSEQ recommendations.
• Monitor milestones, variations and procurement to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Review and approve complex contract drawings, supervise project managers and coordinators.
