Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Planning Lead – M&E/Healthcare in Birmingham. You will take ownership of developing, managing and monitoring complex M&E project programmes, ensuring milestones and delivery objectives are clearly defined and achieved.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to identify risks and opportunities across the lifecycle. The role requires strong experience in MEP planning on large construction projects, a solid grasp of installation

Qualifications

Proven experience in an M&E/MEP planning role within a large main contractor or Tier 1 building services contractor.
Experience on major construction or building services projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installation programmes, sequencing and project delivery."
Experience developing and managing programmes using Asta Power Projects, Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Ability to identify programme risks, manage critical paths and implement recovery strategies.
Experience working alongside multidisciplinary project teams and senior stakeholders.
Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.
