Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical and electrical projects across sectors in the UK. You will manage delivery from start-up to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance and effective coordination with clients and contractors.

The role requires extensive PM experience in M&E, proven leadership of big teams, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience across the M&E industry.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale M&E projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing large teams including PMs, site managers and foremen.

Responsibilities

• Attend project start-up meetings and manage all M&E aspects delivering on time and within budget.
• Familiarise with project details and specifications.
• Collate technical submittals and ensure approval.
• Maintain weekly progress reports and manage changes/variations.
• Liaise with main contractors and client site teams.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
• Ensure materials are available to complete the project.
• Set up construction and commissioning programmes and implement the plan on site.
• Manage K&M handover process and document management.
• Attend meetings with Sub Contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend site meetings and action points.
• Communicate innovative project-specific works to Contracts Manager (R&D).
