Qualifications

• Experience in a premium/luxury environment with management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in absence of manager(s) to maximise sales and opportunities in store and via outreach.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base of VICs, Super VICs, and top clients.
• Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance using service metrics.
