Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver the iconic Ralph Lauren experience in-store, elevating client engagement through brand storytelling, outstanding service, and cross-category selling. You will work as one team focused on the consumer.

Responsibilities include building a loyal VIC database, communicating with the team on opportunities and feedback, participating in store merchandising, maintaining standards, and embodying the brand values to inspire customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player.
• Experience in premium/luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills with in-depth product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an extraordinary client experience through Brand storytelling and by fostering synergies between categories to drive sales in store or via out-reach.
• Build a loyal client database of VICs leveraging the company clienteling and digital resources.
• Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent client service and with the manager on commercial opportunities and providing client feedback.
