Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Sales Executive for our Harrods Fine Jewellery Department to drive client recruitment and development, delivering exceptional service and an outstanding in-store experience.

You will greet, advise and build lasting relationships with high-value clients, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and promote add-on sales while working to department targets. A passion for Dior and the latest luxury trends is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers delivering top customer service.
• Build loyalty with clients via 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across categories and campaigns.
• Introduce add-on sales and meet department targets.
• Handle complaints by liaising with management when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and department performance regularly.
• Recruit and develop client base; grow OTO sales.
• Follow stock procedures and maintain shop floor standards.
• Operate selling systems, cash handling and exchange procedures.
• Support security measures and minimize losses.
• Contribute in team meetings and take on duties as directed.
