Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in London seeks a full-time Sales Associate for the Harrods menswear concession. You will greet, advise and develop client relationships while delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.

Maintain luxury brand standards, drive add-on sales, manage stock procedures and support the team to meet department targets. Flexible 40-hour week, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Luxury fashion experience in premium brands.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of accessories and leather goods a plus.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Passion for Christian Dior and its couture collections.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service.
• Develop loyalty through a 1-2-1 personal shopper approach to sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across categories and stay aware of campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when needed.
• Monitor knowledge of sales targets and department performance daily/weekly.
• Follow all stock management procedures.
• Support the team to maintain housekeeping and display standards.
• Be conversant with selling systems, cash/credit/exchange procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
• Maximize security and prevent theft of product.
• Ensure department operates according to company procedures to minimise losses.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
• Carry out any additional duties as directed by management.
• Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday flexibility.

We are currently seeking a full-time passionate and driven Sales Associate to join the Menswear Team within our beautiful Harrods concession in London, to develop client relationships and to become a specialist in Dior couture.

• To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
• To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
• To deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Ensure a knowledge of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis
• Follow all stock management procedures
• Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
• To be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures.
• To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store
• Take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft of product
• To ensure that the Department operates in accordance with the Company administration systems and procedures to minimise losses
