Christian Dior Couture is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our Harrods concession in London to develop client relationships and become a specialist in Dior couture.

You will greet, advise and build loyalty with clients, demonstrating product knowledge across categories. The role requires a passion for luxury fashion and a strong ability to maintain exceptional service standards in a prestigious environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of accessories and leather goods.
• Experience in luxury fashion.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of service at all times.
• Develop loyalty with customers by building relationships through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories and stay aware of campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with targets.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of sales targets and department performance daily and weekly.
• Follow all stock management procedures.
• Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
• Be conversant with selling systems, cash and exchange procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and retail presentation within the store.
• Take actions to maximize security and prevent theft.
• Ensure department operates with company procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
