Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Project Manager III to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex live events projects. You will own the full lifecycle from planning to final delivery, balancing client expectations with technical feasibility and financial targets.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and support teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes for iconic productions.

Qualifications

• Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or related field.
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project scheduling tools experience (MS Project, Asana)
• Budget management and financials
• ERP/CRM familiarity
• CMS familiarity
• In-office Monday to Friday with travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Deliver multidimensional project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain Client vision throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive Client satisfaction and communications of project status.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, operations and support.
• Ensure TAIT quality in final deliverables and risk management.
• Develop and validate project budgets and forecasts.
• Lead in bidding, development, proposals, and quotes.
• Protect TAIT interests in commercial, contractual, and legal aspects.
