Job summary

Cornucopia IT Resourcing is seeking an experienced Live Events Technical Project Manager to deliver large-scale corporate and broadcast events across London and beyond. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, from concept through to on-site execution and post-event close.

In this senior, client-facing role you will translate client requirements into clear technical plans, lead on-site teams and vendors, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards while maintaining H&S

Qualifications

Experience delivering corporate events or live production projects.
Strong technical background in AV (audio/video/lighting/staging or integrated AV).
Proven ability to manage complex events from concept to on-site execution.

Responsibilities

Own and manage technical event delivery across multiple complex live events.
Translate client requirements into technical, production, and labour plans.
Lead on-site technical teams, vendors, and venue partners during load-in, show, and load-out.
Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and to a world-class standard.
Act as main on-site client contact, managing expectations and changes.
Oversee health & safety compliance (RAMS) and operational best practices.
Manage budgets, cost control, and post-event reconciliation.
