Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably live entertainment or events.
• Strong audience segmentation and channel understanding.
• Experience managing budgets and maximizing ROI.
• Ability to track KPIs and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with websites, social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
• Experience collaborating with design teams, agencies, and freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted marketing campaigns for shows, maximise awareness and ticket sales.
• Plan campaign timelines and budgets.
• Create and coordinate marketing assets for shows and distribute to partners.
• Maintain show-related boards, websites, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with the team on joint marketing across channels.
• Develop content to raise awareness and drive revenue.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to build brand and engagement across channels.
• Attend events to capture content for digital platforms.
• Maintain relationships with promoters, agents, venues and partners.
• Measure campaign results and present insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and technologies.
• Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
