Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Project Manager to take ownership of lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects across Leeds and the wider Scotland region. You will manage multiple live projects from pre-start through to handover, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires 5-7 years' experience in lift project delivery, a strong background in modernisation/refurbishment/new installation, and solid

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience within lift project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple sites and project teams.
• Strong background in lift modernisation, refurbishment and/or new installation.
• Good understanding of CDM, HSE and RAMS.
• SMSTS, Temporary Works or lifting qualifications advantageous.
• Strong commercial, organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects
• Take full ownership from planning and pre-start through to handover
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Manage programme, costs, quality, safety and project documentation
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and close-out
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections
• Manage defects, variations and project reporting

Marmon Lift Recruitment is looking for an experienced Lift Project Manager to take ownership of lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects across Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lift professional to manage multiple live projects from pre-start through to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.

The Role

• Manage lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects
• Take full ownership from planning and pre-start through to handover
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Manage programme, costs, quality, safety and project documentation
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and close-out
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections
• Manage defects, variations and project reporting

Pre-Start & Site Readiness

• Review scope, specifications and installation methodology
• Confirm shaft, pit, access, power and site readiness requirements
• Review RAMS, lift plans, lifting arrangements and safety controls
• Coordinate delivery schedules, site logistics and other trades
• Establish clear responsibilities and communication procedures

About You

• 5-7 years' experience within lift project delivery
• Experience managing multiple sites and project teams
