Responsibilities

• Review all new allocated projects to understand requirements and modernisation scope.
• Attend sites to complete site visit reports and safety reports, ensuring client and engineers are satisfied with works and methods.
• Review supervisors' site visit reports and monitor weekly programme for delays or potential delays.
• Plan site meetings with clients and ensure pre-installation and pre-test documents are issued two weeks in advance.
• Coordinate with the project coordinator to maintain communication with the client, logging communications by email.
• Monitor time lost sheets, ensure handover of lifts with required paperwork and documentation forms.
• Attend pre-start meetings and design meetings, and ensure CDM documentation is up to date on site.
