Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Lifecycle Safety Senior Manager to lead customer-facing activities and oversee delivery across multiple projects. You will collaborate with global teams and integrated partners to expand business, ensure global consistency, and maintain high service delivery standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Lifecycle Safety with project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or other directly related field.
• Minimum 3 years' Lifecycle Safety experience with project management.
• Knowledge of global/regional/local regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH).
• Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to lead teleconferences.
• Independent work across multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects; act as primary contact within Lifecycle Safety.
• Oversee project design and delivery, including timelines, scope, quality and finances.
• May own a program portfolio and report program-level metrics.
• Craft and defend proposed Safety solutions; assist budgeting and customization decisions.
• Lead development of customer-facing materials and ensure global consistency.
• Provide leadership from scoping through transition and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales/Proposals to respond rapidly to opportunities.
• Support audits and inspections; coordinate with QA for corrective actions.
• Work with Lifecycle Safety management to address issues and risks.
