Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Global Program Manager who will lead customer-facing teams and partner across Product, Sales, and Services to deliver commercial cloud solutions for large pharma clients.

You will manage deployment roadmaps, governance, and transformation programs with a strong emphasis on customer success and measurable outcomes. The role involves coordinating diverse global teams, defining post-deployment management, and driving adoption of Veeva’s CRM capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing).
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Proven track record of leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex technology implementations.
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers.
• Proven executive communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
• Strong negotiation, problem resolution, and handling ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of our largest customers.
• Deep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish post-deployment application management.
• Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiation.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.
