Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager to set customers up for success in a ClinData implementation. You will align with sales and services teams, structure solutions, and deliver proposals and SOWs to drive successful engagements.

With 5+ years in delivering consulting services within Clinical Data Applications and experience scoping projects, you will manage expectations, coordinate with executives, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering consulting services for Clinical Data Applications.
• 2+ years scoping project plans, resource models, and negotiations of SOW for software implementations.
• Understanding of data capture for clinical trials domains, including EDC, IVRS, CTMS and eCOA.
• Experience working with Life Sciences industry and engaging executives.

Responsibilities

• Align closely with services and sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects in our ability to deliver.
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success.
• Provide awareness and alignment with the partner ecosystem and third-party services.
• Position and coordinate training and other solutions needed for a successful customer experience.
• Travel estimate: Less than 25%.
