Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the listed roles.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device sectors.
• Strong consulting background with stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Europe and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive optimization and harmonization of processes into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across Enterprise and SMB.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
