Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead customer success across large pharma deployments, coordinating sales, product, and services.

You will own delivery governance, post-deployment support, and contract alignment while guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-moving Commercial Cloud environment.

This role combines executive communication, global team leadership, and hands-on program management with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space.
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Track record of success leading diverse global teams to deliver large technology implementations.
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers.
• Proven executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence at the executive level; negotiating and resolving ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery accountability for Veeva's Commercial product line at one of our largest customers.
• Deep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish post-deployment application management.
• Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiation.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.
