Job summary

haart in Clacton is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead relationships with landlords and tenants and drive new business. You will manage your own pipeline, negotiate lets and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

The role offers on-target earnings exceeding £40,000 per year, with a guaranteed commission in the first two months, uncapped commissions, and a company car at senior level. Training leading to a recognised qualification is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in residential lettings
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Team-oriented and creates an enjoyable working environment
• Outstanding customer service
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
• Understanding current legislation related to Residential Lettings

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
