haart Estate Agents in Clacton is seeking a driven Trainee Lettings Negotiator. You will market properties to tenants, arrange viewings and negotiate offers, helping clients secure their next home with full training and support.

The role includes two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, uncapped commission, and a structured progression path within a friendly, ambitious team.

We are recruiting a driven, people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and ambitious team at haart Estate Agents in Clacton. From building relationships with landlords and tenants to arranging viewings and helping people find their next home, no two days will be the same.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Clacton you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Additional bonus scheme
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
