You don't need previous lettings experience, but a genuine interest in property and the lettings market is essential. You will travel to properties across the North West, with work from home and a full UK driving licence required.

WA14 | Covering the North West | Work from Home

£25,000 Basic Salary - £30,000 + OTE | Company Laptop and Mobile

Our client is a rapidly growing lettings agency based in Altrincham, operating across the wider North West. As they continue to grow their portfolio, they are looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

This is an opportunity to build a career within a growing property business, with genuine scope to progress as the company expands.

You don't necessarily need previous lettings experience. However, you must have a genuine interest in property and the lettings market. They are not looking for someone simply wanting to move into another sales role, they are looking for someone who wants to develop within the property industry.

The Role

This is a full end-to-end lettings role, combining sales, customer service and property management responsibilities.

You'll be responsible for generating and converting leads, arranging and conducting viewings, qualifying applicants, negotiating tenancies and helping get deals over the line. Once a tenancy is agreed, you'll hand over to their tenancy progression team.

You'll also carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs across their managed portfolio.

Although you'll work from home, this is not a desk-based role. You'll spend a significant amount of time travelling to properties and appointments across the North West, so you must be comfortable with regular driving.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard HMRC rate.

Previous lettings or property experience is desirable, but not essential.

genuine interest in property and a clear reason for wanting to build a career in the lettings industry.
