Job summary

GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for a well-established property business on the outskirts of Norwich. You will manage enquiries, register tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate tenancy terms, with a clear path to progression.

The role requires proven lettings experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, organised, customer-focused approach. Basic salary £25,000 with car allowance and realistic OTE up to £35,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within residential lettings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and register prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout the process.
• Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and applicants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities to support growth of the lettings portfolio.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy journey.
• Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
