Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd is seeking a Lettings Negotiator in Leeds City Centre. The role covers the lettings process from enquiry to move-in, delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maximising occupancy across the portfolio.

Lettings Negotiator | Leeds City Centre
£27,400 Basic | £35,000 OTE

I'm currently working with a well-established, independent estate agency based in the heart of Leeds City Centre who are looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and busy team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while helping to maximise occupancy across the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
• Building long-term relationships with landlords and applicants
• Managing enquiries via telephone, email and in person
• Progressing tenancies and ensuring all pre-tenancy administration is completed accurately
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the business within the Leeds market

About You

To be successful, you'll already have experience within lettings, estate agency or a customer-facing sales environment and be confident building relationships with a wide range of clients.
