Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath seeks a Senior Lettings Negotiator to build trusted landlord and tenant relationships, negotiate offers and manage from instruction to move-in. Enjoy a role with earning potential, target-driven rewards, and a supportive team.

You’ll handle viewings, canvass the local market, market properties, and ensure health and safety standards. Requires a full UK driving licence, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/value properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
• Generate new and repeat business.
• Canvass the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet drops.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath:

• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
