Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington is seeking a motivated individual to start a career as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. You will learn from experienced colleagues, market properties to prospective tenants, arrange viewings and help negotiate new tenancies with landlords.

The role offers full-time hours, a generous 30 days leave, and access to funded training and development through the Spicerhaart group. A manual driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have access to your own vehicle.
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic).
• Proof of business insurance for your vehicle.
• Willingness to complete training and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
