Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Blackheath is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator. You will liaise with landlords and tenants, arrange viewings, negotiate new tenancies and drive occupancy while delivering a high standard of customer service.

You will develop relationships, market properties effectively, ensure safety standards, and contribute to a high-performing team in a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Proactive, able to work on own initiative and manage tasks.

Mansioni

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings to match needs.

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
