Job summary

Felicity J Lord Estate Agents is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Islington lettings office in London. Lead a team, win new business and build strong landlord and tenant relationships in a fast-paced market.

Based in Islington, drive performance, manage viewings, negotiate tenancy terms, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience leading others in a professional environment.
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Good understanding of Residential Lettings regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
• Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market.
• Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s.
• Providing support when managers are unavailable.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Canvassing the local area.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
